This role involves:
• Service Delivery via SAP Fieldglass:
• Take ownership of tasks such as Candidate screening,
• · Job posting,
• · SOW validation,
• · Workeronboarding through to invoicing.

This is not an exhaustive list.
• Deliver an end-to-end service execution by orchestrating delivery between hiring managers, resource managers, procurement and suppliers, in line with Atos delivery standards, defined budget and planning,
• Secure smooth running of implemented solutions (high quality and cost-effective delivery) by ensuring troubleshooting / maintenance (predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance),
• Improve productivity (cost optimization) of overall managed resources and/or platforms through innovation,

Customer management:
• Understand and challenge (internal) clients’ business needs,
• Interact with Atos GIT support Teams to improve Fieldglass solutions adapted to the business needs.
