JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a Software Architect with a strong software engineering background. The right candidate for this position is someone who is self-driven and enjoys designing and implementing systems to support the future needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help develop a technological roadmap for the company

• Design and implement new business applications

• Effectively collaborate to solve problems on cross-functional teams Proactively provide feedback and process improvement recommendations to the team and management

• Establish new patterns and mentor younger developers

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Skilled software engineer in .Net stack

• Proficiency with multiple Database servers (SQL Server, Postgres, CosmosDB, etc.)

• Experience designing Cloud Native/Microservices solutions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to tailor communication to audience

• Coach and mentor more junior engineers
