We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager as per the details mentioned below:

Roles and Responsibilities -

· Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution in sync with the management.

· Develop strategies and tactics to get qualified leads.

· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

· Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media.

· Perform online marketing activities for brand management.

· Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels with a specific inclination towards Linkedin to capture B2B leads and well adhere to B2C campaign management as well.

· Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various digital channels

· Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

· Design, build and maintain our social media presence

· Oversee the social media strategy for the company.

· Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

· Plus for candidates with understanding of new age technologies like AR, VR, Dynamic content creation.

Requirement and Skills-

· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices,and website analytics.

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

· Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

· A flexible mindset with an out of box approach to work and capture younger audience types.
