About
• Pay: Rs.30,000 (Salary) + Up to Rs.15,000 (Bonus) + Flat 1.50% (Incentive) + Rs.5,000 (Fuel & Meal)

• Location: All 36 States & UTs in India (Pan India)

Responsibilities
• Source Leads for Business and Personal Loans, & Credit Cards from Open Market
• Build Channel Partners in Your District, State and All Over India
• Increase Overall Business and Sales in Your State
• Report Progress to the Business Development Manager
• Achieve Your Given Monthly Targets and Work Goals

Qualities
• Challenging mindset with high risk-taking nature
• Leadership qualities to build and lead a sales team and channel partners.
• Can help develop new business sales for the organization.
• Can generate revenue for the company and its people.
• Interested in earning direct revenue share not a limited fixed salary.
• Have capabilities to use tools and utilize all the given resources properly.

Qualifications
• Education: 12th or Higher Secondary
• Work Experiences: -
• Business Development: 1 Year (Required)
• Field/Direct Sales: 1 Year (Required)
• Banking & Finance: 1 Year (Preferred)
