Job Description

Objectives of this Role

· Maintain constant communication with staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

· Grow the efficiency of work.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Lead, motivate, and support a large team of Drivers, EMT, and Call Centre Staff.

· Manage timely data collection to update operations.

· Work closely with staff and resolve their problem related to work and fix the error.

· Maintenance of Vehicle and update the sheet on weekly basis.

· Maintain Fueling of the vehicle and fleet of ambulance.

· Employee Management

· Prepare Roster and execute them accordingly.

· Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

Skills and Qualifications

· Any bachelor degree

· 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position

· Strong leadership skills

· Highly trained in business negotiation processes

· Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· Working knowledge of management software programs

· Strong IT skills, including database development

· Smart Minded Person with High interpersonal skills

· Motivator with True Leadership Skills.

· Versatile Personality who can justify the role of Operation Manager. (will be handling Call Centre operation, Fleet Operations)
