BPO | Kannada voice process

Handling calls/queries/requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / outbound calls effectively.

· Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.

· Applying process/product Knowledge in replying to customers

· An immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification: HSC / Any degree / Diploma.

Salary: Fresher: 15K CTC, Experience: 16 k CTC TO 20 k CTC.

Age: 18-30

Shift Timings: + am to 6.30 pm.

Week off: 8 Weeks off per month.

5 days working in a week

Kannada: 25 candidates.
