Responsibilities as Service Consultant Job in Darbhanga:
• Providing customer support over the phone or an Email from Darbhanga area.
• Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
• Answer queries about products or the company as per customer requirements.
• Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically – Monthly or Quarterly.
• Respond or replay answers in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
