We currently have voice openings with the companies for

Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation
Improvement and quality assurance programs

1) Banking process- Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.

2) Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.

3) Tech Support (Technical Voice) -Trouble Shoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email.

4) Customer service Semi Voice process.

Salary :
Fresher - up to 16-20k

Experience - up to 22-30k

Shift :
US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift

Qualification:
10th, 12th, Graduate

Industry:
BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.

Required Experience:
Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center
