Magento Developer

A fair understanding of the fundamentals and concepts of Magento, PHP, and Zend.
Ability to develop and manage ecommerce websites, web applications, Mobile application.
Work on Magento integration with external systems, viz CMS/CRM/ERP/Payment/Shipping etc.
Can understand the goals and create strategies for each project.
Knowledge in Magento Extension development.
Analyze, debug, and test code.
Write well engineered source code that complies with accepted web standards.
Must be a self starter & be able to work with minimum supervision.
Participate in project & deployment planning.
Your main tasks will be to ensure that the last security patches are installed and that existing functionality continues to work properly.
You will also be in charge of developing new modules and applying any required frontend changes.

Regularly update our Magento installation
Install security patches
Develop new functionality
Implement frontend changes
Modules creations.

Skills

Strong object oriented programming(OOPS) knowledge
Very good PHP knowledge
Knowledge on Using Github, SVN, Bigbucket
Knowledge on Bootstrap
Jquery, JavaScript is a must for frontend development
Extensive LESS & CSS knowledge
Magento certification is definitely a plus
API integrations.
Payment Integrations.
Knowledge on XML,XHTML,CSS.
