A designer who not only loves to draw and sketch but is also efficient in photoshop, illustrator and indesign.

2. Team management: Improving team’s performance and quality through mentoring and feedback
3. Expectation management: Ensuring design brief is understood and adhered to, Always keeping the client and the end user in mind while designing solutions
