Senior Chef

Make food items based on customer order from our menu items.
Follow company standards for order processing
Work on menu preparations, pricing, planning and cost cutting
Help recruit and provide on boarding and training to junior and CDP
Monitor food stock, maintain supplies and participate in inventory management as and when required.
Provide an extended support in ODC catering operation also
Prepare and cook according to the set menu and seasonal menu.
Suggest recipes to renew our menu and draw in more customers.
Check and support the delivery model as and when required.
Clean and sterilize kitchen equipment and tools before utilizing and maintain a cooking station neat and clean.
Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred 7-10 years working experience in the hospitality industry.
Working knowledge of general café / Cafe operations.
Relevant Experience in Industrial Kitchen
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
