Sales Executive

Job Summary

Sales will be your main focus. You will need to contact clients via phone and/or e-mails. You will procure their orders, and follow up with the dispatches of their orders, safe deliveries, and then acquiring reorders. Servicing your clients will need knowledge gaining and learning about products which we distribute across India.

Responsibilities and Duties

Calling clients for orders.

Follow up on phone and e-mail with the warehouse for the dispatch of the order.

Regular follows up for re-orders.

Building a warm relationship with the client.

Follow up on payments.

Deal with and record warranty claims if any arise.

Learn about the product you sell.

Order sheet update and regular emails and what app messages to clients.

Providing regular product information.

Maintaining excel sheet of clients converted into sales.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Language skills - English - reading, writing.

Ability to respond through e-mails to clients for product knowledge

Sharp memory

Energetic and enthusiastic

Able to operate a computer and excel sheet.

Persuasion skills

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
