Sales Specialist (Tele Sales)

We are looking for dynamic Sales Specialist (Tele Sales) with a charming personality to join our team.

You'll be responsible for persuading potential customers to purchase more of our goods and services.

Additionally, you'll need to answer calls from individuals who have inquiries about placing orders.

You'll also need to demonstrate that you can succeed in a fast-paced, and growth oriented environment.

Each customer should have thorough records kept for future reference.

You must concentrate on offering top-notch customer services to your clients if you want to stand out as the ideal choice. You must be a problem solver and communicate effectively the benefits of our product to the customer.

Responsibilities

Understanding the products and services offered by the company.Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.Initiating phone conversations with customer and pitch the product.Updating the database with all the customer's information.Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

Requirements

Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm.

Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

ANNUAL CTC – 3.0 To 3.6 LPA + ( Performance benefits Upto 12000 per month)

Recognition and Growth opportunity- Monthly rewards, Quarterly appraisals and promotion to Sr.Sales Specialist just after six months of consistent performance.

Promotion to Associate Team Lead after one year of consistent performance.

EXPERIENCE MINIMUM – Fresher
