Role - Sr. Range Chef (Indian / Tandoor / Bakery)

Department - Food Production

Experience range - 1 to 3 years in similar kind of role

Locations - Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata / Delhi / Lucknow

Qualification – 10th / 12th / Graduation (Preferably a Food Production / Cookery course certificate holder)

Job requirements:
• Should have interest in cooking
• Positive attitude and open for learning
• Should be punctual and hard working
• Food preparation skills, detailed orientation

Role overview:
• To cook tasty food of high quality
• To ensure hygiene as per company standard
• Strictly adhere to the standard recipes and produce appetizing
• Co-ordination with the cuisine chef and
• Should have initiated some cuisine strength
• Ensure kitchen is organized and running efficiently
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following storage procedures
