Telecaller

We are searching for a polite, professional call center representative to work closely with other team members. The call center representative may handle a high volume of outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients with sympathetic manner and take an accurate and efficient response.

The Telecaller must reach out to targeted audience in the regional language and complete a survey.The candidates must possess an excellent fluency with reading and speaking Kannada language (mandatory).The selected candidates will have to report onsite our client's premises which is located at Jayamahal Main Road near Cantonment Railway Station.Must possess excellent Kannada conversational skills.Manage outbound calls.Follow various communication scripts when speaking to a callerIdentify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems.Working hours and days - Monday to Saturday from +:30 AM to 6:30 PM.Must possess basic knowledge about computers.Looking for immediate joining.This is not a sales process or a target based process.Call Centre experience/ Freshers can also apply.Work from Office only
