details/reports ii. Stock Release Request wise details iii. Warehouse-wise Bank-wise stock details iv. Close coordination with Collateral Manager(s) v. Any other ad-hoc reporting Local Compliance i. PT and PF Compliance is done ii. Compliance with labor laws iii. Checking of preliminary requirements on all kind of invoices Internal Control i. Ensuring that the implemented controls are in place and followed ii. Understand and assess gaps where additional internal controls are required to be strengthened iii. Prepare and submit the report where the controls/Sops are not followed to management as & when some breach happens Accounting i. Review day to day accounting activities ii. Proper recording of cash transactions iii. Branch reconciliation iv. Preparing MIS reports within due dates. Team Management i. Managing assigned team ii. Training and Development of Team AD-HOC ACTIVITIES Assist in Ad-hoc Activities Preparing various Reports required from time to time COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS EXTERNAL: Banker in Stock Release Follow up. Vendors Auditors / Consultants Others INTERNAL: Senior Management Bombay Team Kurukshetra Team Employees from other Departments QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Minimum Qualifications: University degree (ideally in B. Com or M.com) Preferably an MBA. Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounts/ Costing or Inventory Management. Minimum 3 years in a Senior Role. Job Specific Skills: Microsoft Office; Excel/ Word Skills Tally Software Experience Languages: English and Hindi Team management Quality correspondence through email, phone, etc. PREREQUISITES Experience in Tally – Accounting Software Well versed with Microsoft Office Experience in Managing Employees Good Communication is English and Hindi
