Roles and Responsibilities:

• Pan India role

• Responsible for training on their respective curriculum

• Conduct on-the-job performance coaching for Housekeeping employees

• Able to provide inputs to revise and adjust the existing content as well as contribute to create next level/developmental content and training programs

• Collate, update, manage data on an on-going basis

• Able to create MIS periodically and as and when required
