Must have Graduation degree and Computer data entry knowledge.

Should possess expertise in functions like Accounting, Billing, Operations,Merchandising,Customer Service,Quality,Inventory Control,MIS,Revenue Generation and Promotional Offers.

Candidate must have relevant experience min 2 Years with Retail/QSR/Hotel Industry/Service Industry

The candidate should be willing to relocate Baripada.

Description

Typical responsibilities of the job include:
store account management, training, supervising staffs.
maintaining statistical and financial records
dealing with customer queries and complaints
overseeing pricing and stock control
maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
preparing promotional materials.
