Operations Management

Assist in preparing Annual Financial Statements (Balance sheet, cash flow) and related reports

Ensure timely response to all inter-departmental requests and queries (internal customer)

Prepare periodic MIS

Prepare Bank reconciliation statement & maintain records thereof

Verify and process bills for payment

Interaction with PMCs and handling party account reconciliation (vendor ledger)

Prepare IOM (Inter Office Memo) for payment

Receive and process daily collections from back office

Manage customer cancellations, refunds, and transfers

Verify customer dues and issue NOC

Ensure timely response to all inter-departmental requests and queries (internal customer).

Government & Authorities.

Ensure adherence to all Statutory Compliance with respect to GST, Service Tax, VAT, WCT, Labour Cess, Income Tax, etc.

Handle cases / audits pertaining to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, GST, and CAG audits
