Full Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end Accounts like Finalizations of Accounts, Profit statement & get it audited by auditors, Tax-Audit, Advance Tax Estimate, Income Tax Returns for organization & personal accounts.
Maintain records for FDR, Interest, TDS, Multi-Trade companies and personal accounts. Attend Sales Tax/GST related matters from filing of Returns to Assessment.
Maintaining TDS register of Contractors, Professionals, Rent expenses, interest payments as well tax related issues on TDS & TCS and Monitoring legal compliances.
Ensuring transparent MIS and Implementing various cost analysis and control measures. Preparation and ensuring Corporate Governance disclosures and regulatory compliances.
Involvement in the long-term policy decisions, as a part of Senior Management team.
Monitoring of Project cost, capex budgets, and arrangement of funds at the lowest costs.
Ensuring an optimal bank balance level and cash flows to manage investments and Payables/Receivables gap.
Monitoring tax compliances and ensuring zero tax leakages.
Establishing financial controls through the implementation of various procedures and policies
Manage and liaison with Banks, Tax authorities, CA amongst other relevant organizations
Spearheading entire finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, administration and IT operations.
