Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to set up/ streamline all HR and the company’s administrative processes.

• Support management in the KRA setting, performance management, and appraisal cycle.

• Manage end-to-end process for new recruitment and strategic resource planning.

• Focus on talent management initiatives including organization and talent planning, succession planning, coaching leaders, and driving organization development and change management initiatives.

• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.

Eligibility

• HR experience of at least 3 years is mandatory.

• Past experience in talent acquisition.

• Understanding of HR operations including document management and onboarding.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders
