Roles and Responsibilities

IT Manager is directly responsible for all the direct supervision, guidance, and management of all the IT related aspects and works within the organization.

IT Manager shall be responsible,

· To ensure that the IT requirements as per the procedure has been fully adhered among all the employees, students, and aspirants.

· To carry out necessary IT training and orientations to all the new employees joining the team as and when required.

· To coordinate with the CEO, COO, and department heads to understand their IT requirements and execute that on a timely basis.

· To ensure that all the company IT assets, materials and software’s were distributed efficiently as per the company requirements.

· To maintain effective tracking of all the assets within the company and also to maintain a well-structured inventory for the same.

· To arrange necessary trainings for the IT team members for engaging them with more coordinated and responsible works.

· To prepare a user-friendly framework for the employees to report, suggest and resolve their problems on a timely basis.

· To suggest innovative ideas for organizing the company works with less efforts.

· To manage, maintain and control all the back-end operations of the company’s system such as websites, Suite, Mobile app, Webapp etc.

· To provide monthly consolidated maintenance report to CEO for his information and reference

· To coordinate and guide the third party or external IT support providers (company approved) for providing the required outputs as and when required.

· To identify the requirement for organizational and infrastructure changes (within IT Framework) and notify the organization CEO on a periodic basis.

· To monitor the performance of IT team members and understand the continual improvements required in scheduled intervals.

· To coordinate with the finance team and ensure all the payments, renewals and purchases were done on timely basis without impacting the company functions.

· To provide necessary guidance and support in organizations day to day IT related operations.

· To monitor the feedbacks received from the students before, during and after the course to identify the gaps and provide areas of improvements.

· To monitor the coordination of the operation team with the mentors and evaluate the area and evaluate areas for improvements.
