Full Job Description

-Call on leads generated from differen: sources and feed in CRM after taking full details Verfiy leads generated by Team, Dealers,Goldmines etc.

-Keep CRM Pendency ZERO (Tip to lncraasa sales)

-Keep When in gripand next month When updated (Tip to increase sales) Line meetings of team with customers (Tip to increase sales)

-Quotation drafting, New Goldmine Generation and line up meetings of team (Tip to increase sales)

-Take full details of order with PO. Take approval in case of extra discount and Verify and forward it to BO

-Line upfrom HO BO for Pl,MMR,ASN,ESN,Invoice for team members from BO & Accounts

-Line up Balance payment before dispatch as per dispatch plan from HO BOTake next days dispatch plan from HO BO and intimate respective team and get balance work done to avoid dispatch delays

-Line up Bank Finance documents for payment processing (Common Group)

-Coordinate for Dealer & Affiliate certificate with team and designer of all region (Common Group)

-Mappingtour plans week wise and covering your 100% region with team in hand

-Line up EDOD on orders in hand + forecasting from Team for next 15 days (Every Thursday 6PM)

-Outstanding + Suspense Payments followup with respective team members and take feedback on it (Common Group)

-Line up Customer gifting. visitingcards,brochures, folders,shirts, ID cards for team as and Fortnightly when required

-Goldmine & Dealer ready list as per companies format

-Take bills from team/dealers for marketing expense done and update HO BO

-Goldmine & Dealer office brandingas per policy

-Line upclaims from dealer (if any as per schemes) and get them processed and get invoices raised to them

-Dispatch report vs targets and forecasting

-Order In Hand Sheet (With updated payments/outstandings and EDOD)

-Finance Case Outstandings

-Order Won/Lost/Dead Reports execitive wise (With full reasons)

-Dealer & Goldmine Development sheet

-Month end closing report (Monthly & Cumulative Data)
