BFSI trainer |Banking

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborates with immediate supervisor and/or training representative to create a personal job training schedule tailored to the trainees education, aspirations, and previous work background.Reviews training outline with the department manager of each assignment to ensure optimum training opportunities.Engages in assigned training projects.Prepares and presents written reports for department managers and training representative on each phase of training.Participates in frequent performance reviews.Actively participates in trainee development meetings and/or conferences; leads designated discussion groups.As required, enrolls in applicable courses at regional training center for the American Institute of Banking.Acts in the place of absent employee if necessary.Performs other related duties as assigned

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
