Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide Customer support via call and email to over the India.
• Solving customer queries and complaints and providing customer service with helpful articles along with troubleshooting steps.
• Maintaining tracks records of customers and frequent updating of changes in portfolios.
• Maintain team discipline and track the progress and contribute in achieving future goals.
• Replying to customers queries via email.
• Following up the customers until and unless their queries are solved
