Job Title: Accountant

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience: Minimum 2years

Education Background: Bachelor degree in finance and accounting / Post-graduate in accounting and finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations.

· Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

· Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

· Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

· Experience in GST, TDS, Invoicing, billing & other compliances i.e., labor laws filling

· Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

· Manage all accounting transactions

· Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

· Ensure TDS/GST/PF Monthly compliances

· Recording of all the procurement and ensuring documents are in place

· Proper recording of all the Work in progress/packing/repacking activities

· Recording of all the inventory inward/outwards

· Maintain records of all the inventories and costing

· Must have In-depth knowledge of GSTR-1/2/2A/3B and Annual Audit

· Maintain daily Petty cash expenses and production & sales report

· Good to have knowledge about international taxes.

· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

· Track and process payments for outgoing referral business

· Oversee maintenance of accounts payable files and records

· Perform Day to Day accounting in Tally

· Should possess strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Other general accounting duties as assigned
