Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-caller Representative to contribute in generating results for our company.

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as telecaller representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Basic knowledge of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• High school diploma; SSC/HSC
• Graduation Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Pune, Pune - 411052, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
