Handle inbound calls and provide technical support to the customers.

Networking troubleshooting

Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification 12th+
• Experienced with 1 year international Voice role
• Should have excellent communication skills in English
• Customer Handling Skills
• Should have good Networking knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while performing Customer Service
• Willing to work in 24/7 environment (Rotational shifts/5days working)
• Work From Office
• 2nd Dose of Vaccination are mandatory
• Immediate joiners are preferred
