Prepp is an online portal dedicated to help students appearing for government exams in their preparation. We help students keep a track of multiple government exams and solve their queries regarding the same.

Job responsibilities!!

● Counselling students and providing basic information over the phone regarding the suitable programs.

● Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided

● The process involves guiding the students, follow-up with the student, solving students queries and handling registrations.

● Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.

● Align pre-sales activities such as demos with Trainers.

● Achieving sales targets on monthly basis

What Makes You A Great Fit ✔

● 1 year of experience in doing B2C sales for edtech

● knowledge about UPSC CSE examination are preferred

● Strong communication on phone and emails

● Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students

● Ability to adapt to an online selling process and work in target-oriented environment

● Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management tools.

● Candidates should have effective convincing and selling skills.

● Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines and achieve targets
