What will I be doing at Ather?

We are obsessed with customer experience. And, we believe that Ather Space is the place where multitude of things come together to offer a great Ather experience to our target audience. This is key to our business as the purchase consideration in true sense begins at the point where the customer experiences the Ather 450X first hand.

Your responsibilities will include the following while it is a must-do to uphold the experience benchmark at the Ather Space alongside the below expectations
• Ensuring that the team makes sure that every enthusiast walking into any of our touchpoints are given the trial of the product
• Driving conversions to bookings and retail with 100% adherence to all SOPs
• Maintaining the pole position in terms of ETBR and Conversion Ratios for the top-performing and the oldest Experience Center for Ather
• Achieving Retail Targets and other deliverables

What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
• We are looking for a highly driven professional with strong communication and persuasion skills. You need to be able to mentor a team to maintain exceptionally high standards of communication while staying result oriented.
• 4 - 6 years of experience preferably in auto sales is a good to have along and an ability to understand consumer needs is a must have
