Position - Associate Manager

Exp - 5+ years,

Location - Noida, Sec-135.

Roles and Responsibilities
• D2C or marketplace operational knowledge is required.
• Responsible for creating the listing and maintaining its Hygiene.
• Must have managed the affiliate.
• Monitoring of competition strategies daily, such as products and combos, consumer offers (discounts, bank offers, coupons), and so on.
• Operational challenges and resolution of the same I. Logistics, IT, Warehousing, etc
• Interaction with the Agency in relation to troubleshooting for tech, follow up for new development, new upload, or existing changes in the listing etc
• Day to day monitoring of Wigzo re-marketing tools and working on the database of add to cart and card abandonment etc
• Monitoring of chat support system and functionality
• CRM requirements and their fulfilment.

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• E-commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
