Winner of the Silver Award at the 2026 Gin Masters, UK, it is also recognized by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the best spirits out of India, DOJA is available in over 400 on-trade and off-trade outlets in Mumbai, Pune & Goa. It will launch in North India this month and will be available in the UK and parts of Asia in the next quarter.ESD is seeking a Area Sales Manager, On-Trade to focus on the over 65 on-trade Tier 1 outlets/hotels, primarily in North Goa that already carry DOJA and selectively add new outlets. The role is to actively engage with Bartenders & Restaurant Owners, deepen the relationship, promote DOJA, ensure it’s on the menu, work with the Brand Ambassador to add a DOJA signature cocktail, and work jointly with marketing to plan & execute activations. The ASM will report into the State Head, Goa.We are looking for an experienced sales professional with 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in Goa. Past work experience in a recognized firm in the spirits industry is preferable, though similar experience in the food & beverage sector serving the hospitality industry would also be considered. Excellent field discipline, ability to take on challenges, great sales & customer-oriented skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and confidence are some of the key personal attributes.
