Senior Officer | Accounts

Responsibilities
• Hands on experience in SAP operations
• Handling Cash, Cheque Payments & preparation of vouchers in SAP on daily basis.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
• Tracking of Fixed Expenses Vs Budget.
• Customer Receipts Entry in SAP.
• Creation of SAP Invoice Billing to customers.
• Preparation of MIS- daily Sales report, Periodical sales report.
• Preparation of Provisions Statements at month end.
• Tracking of Customer O/s & follow up regularly
• Auditing of Stocks – RM,FP,PP & Eng stores - Weekly & Monthly Reports to Manager.
• Customer credit note workings monthly.
• Contractor Bills preparation
• Co -ordinating with Sales team for collection of customer confirmation balance

Qualifications
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Function (Manufacturing Industry Exp preferable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excel Skills
