Customer care Executive

Job Description: 1. Should support and assist the Fleet / Recovery teams with location details from where they have to collect/retrieve the vehicles. 2. Tracking the vehicle's status on a daily basis. 3. Change of vehicle status / recording updates in the software tool timely. 4. Help customers with solutions timely. Mandates: Hindi language is mandatory with any regional language, as they will be working for Mumbai from Bangalore location. Should know the basics of MS Office - Excel & Word in specific.
