Floor Incharge

1. Manage day-to-day operations of order processing in the DC for operational efficiency
2. Provide the store orders to the Supervisor Order Processing for the appropriate order processing of the merchandise based on the orders to be processed for store deliveries. The processing would involve packaging, labeling, refurbishing etc and other value added services like kitting depending on order to order and the SKUs
3. Ensure that the order processing operations are is executed in an efficient way so as to enable the speedy delivery of the merchandise to the store
4. Oversee, implement and monitor order processing processes and ensure adherence to the same.
5. Ensure that appropriate Material Handling Equipment's (MHE’s) are used to move goods for order processing operations in a manner which increases process efficiency and controls the damage to merchandise
6. Ensure that Ware House Management Systems (WMS) are updated for the orders processing operations
7. Initiate the process improvement programs for achieving the better equipment and labour efficiencies
8. Promote safety in work processes and associate performance by supporting company and/or facility safety programs by educating associates, and by ensuring a generally safe work environment.
+. Plan for manpower requirements for the order processing operations based on the load requirements

Require Qualification & Skills

Bachelor Degree Require

Good Excel Knowledge

SAP Knowledge Must

Good English: Writing & Reading Skill

Good Team Member

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
