Position- Territory Manager

Department:Life Insurance/Health Insurance (Agency Vertical).

Locations: NCR/Noida,Lucknow,Ludhiana,Chandigarh,Karnal,Panipat,Dehradun,Bhopal,Indore,Raipur,Patna,Ranchi,Varanasi,Ahmedabad,Bareilly,Agra,Jaipur,Gorakhpur.

Product Line: Life & Health Insurance

Responsibilities And Duties:-

-Build the agency network for the company in assigned territory. Recruitment & activation of agents/advisors.

-Achieving defined productivity of premium and number of policies on a Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Yearly basis, as per the Business plan.

-Increasing Agents’ Productivity by driving a high activation rate.

-Training the channel partners/agents with different product lines.

-Identify new market opportunities for enhancing the agency network.

-Ensuring higher retention of agents.

-Ensuring proper quality of business by compliance with the prescribed statutory requirements.

-Ensuring higher policy persistency percentage.

Knowledge and Key Skills Required:-

-Candidate should have worked in a fast-paced environment.

-Health/Life Insurance (Agency/Broking Domain/PoS) experience is a must.

-Candidate must be having a strong existing network of minimum 50-100 agents/advisors/PoS in Life/Health vertical.

-Good Insurance knowledge.

-Strong follow-up skills.

-Good customer relationship skills.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Strong domain knowledge.

-Excellent proven track record
