Senior Software Engineer

Role Introduction

You will be part of a team that will be completely run from our India offices. Looking for Automation Process Engineers to produce zero-touch support systems. You will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the software maintenance & enhancements for multiple products. Core purpose of this role will be work on trends based on support tickets to automate and/or to templatize repeatable tasks, minimizing the effort of manual intervention.

What You Will Do
• Develop client-side and server-side code
• Design & Build frameworks that can be adopted by applications for SaaS
• Develop and manage well-functioning database/data as a service
• Deliver enhancements and support for multiple products
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings

Write technical documentation

What You Will Have
• Relevant programming knowledge on .net technologies
• Implement Automated CI/CD processes
• Develop Frameworks with SaaS as a mindset
• Mentor junior developers
