The ideal candidate will be a seasoned software engineer who is efficient, accurate and has a friendly approach to deliver support services to our Software clients.

Client Site Visit / Field Visit - Yes

Job Role:-

l Installation & Commissioning of Hardware Products with Software at the client site.

l Troubleshooting of the Hardware Devices as well as Software, providing necessary hardware support at Client site.

l Solving networking issue

l Respond to clients queries on telephone or the web as and when required

l Manage relationships with clients

l Work with cross-functional & Coordinate with technical teams as and when required

Requirements:

l ITI / Diploma in Electronics and Communication

l Minimum 1 – 2 years of exp in hardware support & installation of access control systems

l Should be good with English Communication

l Should be Logically Strong & should be able to grasp client’s requirements about the product

l Must have experience in providing Service oriented Solutions
