Requirements :

1. Strong experience of minimum 2 years in the Information Technology field with knowledge of Desktop and Technical Support:

a. Installation and configuration of operating system like Windows XP, Windows 7,Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

b. Supporting users remotely through The Remote Monitoring Tools . ZOOM,TEAMS

c. Troubleshooting of Laptop and Desktop configuration related issue

d. Support for application & software packages like MS Office etc. installation, configuration, troubleshooting and updating push certificate/bug patches/product system tagging repair workstation hub.

e. Basic Knowledge of Windows Azure/Active Directory to add/remove users profiles from specific security groups

f. Working knowledge of OKTA & identity console management to unlock user account, reset password, activate and deactivate accounts, reset Multi-Factor Authentication & register/update user details.

2. Good communication skills with team management, analytical and problem-solving skills
