Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Location: DLF Cyber Hub, Gurugram

Responsibilities:
• As a CloudOps Engineer, you would be responsible for managing the infrastructure hosted on Azure for a plethora of customers using various Condeco products, acting as a bridge between support and development teams to deliver solutions for various client issues and request.
• Manage changes on production environments with accuracy, conforming to all the required SLAs, document all the changes for audit and security management.
• Actively participate in developing and implementing automation tools to continuously optimize the existing processes
• Participate in periodic production release activities using Azure Devops pipeline to ensure reliable update delivery to the customers
• A quick thinker who can troubleshoot and investigate application and infrastructure issues on production environments.
• A team player who should be open to working on various technologies and modules when required as per the business demand
• Gain experience working with different DB technologies, from traditional relational to the latest
• Become a subject matter expert who supplies in-depth technical and business product knowledge to multiple teams.

About you:
• At least 1 Year of experience in using MS SQL, familiar with writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience in building solutions using .NET/C#/JavaScript.
• Should be hands on with standard Azure services like Web Apps, function Apps etc. (AZ-+00 certification is a plus)
• Should be aware of basic concepts of CI/CD. (Experience on Azure Devops is a plus)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in troubleshooting production issues, familiar with tools like Fiddler, SQL Profiler.
• Minimum 1 year of experience on any of the project management tools like Jira or Service Now, should understanding of various ITSM processes and should be able effectively communicate ideas on tickets.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills & aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Knowledge on PowerShell is a plus
