Job Title-Manager- MEP

Job Type- Full Responsibilities :

- Provide technical advice to project execution staff, supervisor, surveyor, estimation engineers and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP and metering System..

- Analyze mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.

- Oversee the work of teams of various disciplines of SmarterHomes team, contractor and attend progress meetings with clients.

- Review contractor - performance with appropriate comments/approval within the specified timeline.

- Liaising with purchase, quantity/site surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.

- Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver projects.

- Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required.

- Act as a head of project of any technical aspects of the electrical/ plumbing/mechanical for the assigned territory.

Domestic travel - up to 70%

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE:

Diploma/Bachelor- ?'s degree in Civil Engineering, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university.

In this role you will have - to work on Saturday and Sunday and Compensatory off is available in weekdays

WE VALUE :

- 4+ years of proven experience in construction/plumbing company or metering company with supervisory or project oversight experience preferred.

- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, scopes of work, community features.

- Problem and conflict resolution skills, ability to prioritize work tasks, and teamwork and customer satisfaction orientation is required.

In this role you will have to work on Saturday and Sunday and Compensatory off is available in weekdays
