1. Assist in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn etc )

3. End to end Recruitment Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Scheduling, Selection of the candidates and bringing the recruitment offers to a Successful closure with follow-up till the on-boarding.

4. Sourcing Candidates from various portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Monster and other social sites. Managed employee referrals and vendors also.

5. Handling first round of interviews to assess the candidate s competencies and attitude.

6. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

7. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
