Human Resources Intern

PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps digital companies acquire end customers including shops for their products through a Pay-per-task model at a very low CAC. Incepted by three friends who are now its co-founders, Kajal Malik, Vidyarthi Badireddy, and Utsav Bhattacharjee, founded PickMyWork in 2026. With Indian youth primed to complete delivery gigs for Food Delivery / Hyper local apps like Swiggy, Zomato, Big Basket and earn commissions, the founders created PickMyWork, a pay-per-sale gig platform, where sales gigs could be completed for internet companies with the promise of 3X earnings/hour of effort compared to delivery gigs.

Role : Human Resource Intern

Location : Delhi NCR

Roles and Responsibilities

● Assist with screening resumes and applications on websites and job portals

● Fulfilling any requirement and meeting goals set out at the start of the internship

● Coordinate with hiring partners to enable a seamless recruitment process

● Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process

● Actively participating in group discussion/meetings and other activities

● Building a knowledge base about the upcoming trends in HR

● Completing all the assigned task and assisting with HR day to day operations

Who are we looking for?

● Must have an internship experience in HR Field

● Excited about working in a fast-paced start-up environment

● Comfortable with multi-tasking and fluid requirements

● At home with on-ground efforts and rigorous online research

● Not just open to but fanatical about learning new things/skills
