Retail Store Manager

Self-driven and results-oriented with a clear company focus Strategic planner with the ability to prioritize according to store needs Ability to accurately communicate statistical results and identify business needs. Ability to effectively communicate with team at Take meetings, regarding individual sales Performance, and other key performance indicators such as store results, product sales and other information to help them provide great service and achieve goals Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills Ability to train, develop, and execute Customer Service skills Maintains a high level customer service culture validated through service results and USUPSO India Customer Service recognition Effectively manages customer complaints in a timely and effective manner Adheres to Company Personal Appearance Standards to professionally represent the USUPSO India image Maintains elevated store presentation by training and overseeing execution of standards Understands product needs and educates team Exceptional knowledge of and adherence to all company procedures Ensures daily management of sales, controllable expenses, goals, attendance management, training, Inventory check, Cash reconciliation, generating daily sales report, Inventory monitoring report, keeping check on housekeeping materials, Tracking Project/Infrastructure issues, Stock control and stock levels Ensures that team is effectively executing all corporate programs Aligns team with activities that will ensure that business goals are met Ensures store has all necessary tools (i.e. Supplies, resources, etc.) Manages in-store Orientation process Ensure flow of information in store. Ensure to maintain the VM standards

Salary: ₹+7,032.00 - ₹335,783.+6 per year
