Store Purchase Officer|Executive

Responsible for purchase planning on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.

· To achieved target of procurement of all parts as per project schedule

· Negotiate best purchase terms in favour of Company for any new vendor or Rate Revision as FOR etc.

· Arrange urgent items on priority basis without effecting regular work for any short & urgent material.

· Co-Ordinate with vendors and account department for account statements, payments etc.

· In Mechanical- All type of Cutting Tools, Pneumatic & Hydraulics fittings (Elbow, coupling, valve, flange, union, tee, nipple etc.), Pipe, Piping material, Stud bolt, Fasteners, cutter wheel, welding rod, all types of bearing, V-Belt, angle, channel, flat, sheet, Hose Pipes etc

· In Consumables-All types of grease, Conveyor oil, Gear oil 320, Hydraulic oil, old Clothes, etc.

· Generate Purchase Order according to requirement.

· Preparation of comparative statement of Quotation received from supplier.

· Rresponsible for orders are delivered on time...
