Job Description

1. Recruit/Train Financial Consultants(FCs) and Advisors
2. Should have minimum 4 years of experience into insurance industry
3. Act as mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
4. Enhance FC earnings based on Vintage.
5. Focus on Advisor and FC Retention
6. Focus on Customer Retention
7. Generate sales leads through FCs and Advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
8. Branch Development through recruitment and social networking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred)
