What you will do: Your role would involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle -
•Searching suitable profiles using job portals, social Media and internal data base
•Sourcing profiles & Head hunting/ generating references
•Contacting the candidates and generating their interest for the position being offered.
•First level Interview and Screening of candidates
•Coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling & documentation of
selected candidates, etc.
•Building rapport with the clients to generate additional requirements by reaching “top of the
mind” recall.
What you need:
•You should be young, dynamic and enthusiastic.
•Good command on written and spoken English.
•Confidence in your abilities to move mountains, a go getter attitude with a “Never – Say –
Die” spirit to achieve targets.
•Willingness to work from office in a fast paced and progressive environment
•Education- Graduate Fresher or MBA Fresher
