Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities 1.Deep understanding/knowledge of SARFAESI, SEC 138, Execution Petitions, Arbitration, Civil & Criminal Proceedings. 2.Should have experience in execution of DM orders, warrants, summons and notices. 3.Should be able to coordinate with court and local police stations. 4.Should have experience in Legal collections have to coordinate with the collections team on live and BD accounts. 5.Coordinating with external advocates, court staff and police staff. 6.Should be able to easily visit customers places for execution of 13(2), 13(4), Arbitration notices and other legal tools.
