We are a company secretary firm- practicing in direct & indirect taxes, accounting & auditing, project finance and provide complete corporate solutions.

About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting research on the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, IPR, etc.

2. Handling registration- trademark, GST, Start-Up, SME, Companies, etc.

3. Working on drafting & vetting various legal documents

4. Researching on family law, criminal law

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the part time job/internship

2. can start the part time job/internship between 12th Sep'22 and 17th Oct'22

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
