Job Description

• Work with the Sales team, customers, and advisors to develop HR solution, commercials & legal schedules for new opportunities
• Own the rebadging process and deliver a seamless transition
• Drive the people strategy and communication pre & post transfer
• Manage relationship with union representatives and employers’ organizations
• Deliver a great people experience for Associates pre and post transfer

Key Skills
• 4 to 6 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR Business Partner role
